Quantum & Springetts deliver tapered printed card sleeves for Baxters

Quantum Print and Packaging has developed, manufactured and supplied the tapered printed card sleeves that dresses the pot of the new Baxters soup pots.
Working in conjunction with Springetts Brand Design, the sleeves use 400 micron virgin card, litho printed CMYK plus emulsion varnish to create high quality print on a recyclable, biodegradable substrate in keeping with Baxters environmental ethos.
Giles Foden, joint managing director, Quantum, said: “The key to the project was to develop the pre-glued and tapered sleeves consistently within a finite tolerance to be able to be applied to the pots manually yet not slide off.
